GEM DAYS happen on the first Saturday of every month. They offer a precious time-out just for you :)

My first GEM DAY is themed around felting and resilience “Fabulous Felting” .

Learn the basics of felting in a small group and extend it into a creative art form, in lovely garden surroundings, and become enlivened by real connections. We shall use beautiful natural Llama wool sourced from a Toodyay farm, predominantly black and white, to make a flat piece of felt, working consciously with the feel of the materials, and engaging the body. Lively and sincere conversations are encouraged around the transitions between delicacy, vulnerability, strength and resilience, both in the felt creation and in our parallel lived experiences. You may choose to mould the felt into a quirky, unique vessel, adding colour through threads and embellishments.

You get to take home a beautiful piece of creativity, with stories shared and memories embedded.
