Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are most beneficial as many mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress and depression are being exacerbated by the sense of fear and uncertainty over the future during this period of global pandemic. If you think you are in need of support to cope with everyday life, for whatever reason, do not hesitate to be in touch.

My individual sessions are flexible. They may take on a more “talk therapy” counselling approach, if that is more comfortable for the client . Or we can embed art therapy processes. Whichever the focus , be assured that you will find these sessions beneficial.

Alternatively, if you feel you would like to journey on a more creative path, and simply need support and inspiration to pick up a few art techniques , contact me , and we can have fun exploring materials and processes. Creativity itself can have a most positive effect on our well being.
